Controlled Monitoring System Packages
Controlled Combustion is pleased to review the Controlled Monitoring System (CMS) Annual Renewal Contract Options with you. We provide 3 different yearly coverage options which are listed below for your review.
Bronze
1 year of Web & Mobile Access for the Controlled Monitoring System sensors and gateway(s).
Alerts and notifications will continue to be delivered via email and/or SMS at no additional charge.
Silver
Controlled Combustion will continue to monitor the gateway and sensor performance. We will call
the building personnel for any inactivity notifications received on these devices to ensure connection and monitoring is restored in a timely manner.
Includes one (1) site visit per year. During this visit, our technician will replace the batteries in all of the sensors, check and test existing CMS equipment for proper operation by testing alarm states and notifications, and calibrate sensors.
Gold
Controlled Combustion will continue to monitor the gateway and sensor performance. We will call
the building personnel for any inactivity notifications received on these devices to ensure connection and monitoring is restored in a timely manner.
Includes one (1) site visit per year. During this visit, our technician will replace the batteries in all of the sensors, check and test existing CMS equipment for proper operation by testing alarm states and notifications, and calibrate sensors.
We will automatically send a technician to the site 24/7/365 when a sensor stays in an alarm
state for longer than 30 minutes.
*Service performed will be billed at prevailing rates.
*The building must ensure Controlled Combustion has access to the boiler room 24/7/365. Should the technician fail to gain access during a visit, the building will be charged a “no entry” fee.
