Flue Gas Exhaust Thermometer

Flue Gas Exhaust Thermometer

The temperature of your boiler/burner unit is one indicator that your burner and boiler are operating efficiently or if it requires maintenance. “Stack temperature” or flue gas temperature measures the temperature of the combustion gases when they leave the boiler. If the flue gas temperature is high, it suggests the heat created by the boiler isn’t being effectively used to generate steam. In other words, a high flue gas temperature suggests heat is being lost. Therefore, we propose to install or replace a Flue Gas Exhaust Thermometer which would allow the building staff and service personnel to gauge the boiler’s heat absorption and transference at a glance.
