Burner

Improve efficiency and reliability and decrease operational costs

With all the advances in burner technology it’s strongly advisable to upgrade your burner within 15 to 20 years.  A well maintained boiler can last 20 years or more, but its efficiency experiences a high decline.

  • High Efficiency, High Turndown
    1. Increase the ability to keep tight control on air-fuel ratios.
    2. Decreased excess air means higher combustion efficiency resulting in lower levels of unburned fuel.
    3. Operate at lower firing rates, cutting down on cycling occurrences and operating expenses.

** Combustion Efficiency: Measurement of how well the fuel being burned is being utilized in the combustion process. **
